Challenge

Investors with no technical background were overwhelmed by raw data tables. Key metrics were buried in nested views, causing low trust and high support load.

Solution

Redesigned the information architecture around investor mental models: yield first, risk second, history third. Replaced tables with layered visual summaries and added progressive disclosure for detail.

Process

1. +Interview investors and support staff to map comprehension gaps and decision triggers.
2. +Audit existing dashboard against investor task flows — identify where attention is lost.
3. +Redesign IA around a three-layer model: overview, asset, transaction.
4. +Build interactive Figma prototype and validate with six investor sessions.
